For Best Islands you can visit Port Blair (Sightseeing & cultural hubs), Havelock Island (Best beaches & resorts), Neil Island (Peaceful, slow-paced atmosphere).
Along with that yes, 5–6 Day Itinerary is Enough for your trip you can plan it like this order- Days 1–2: Port Blair, Days 3–4: Havelock Island, Day 5: Neil Island, Day 6: Departure from Port Blair.
